Delivery area
Orders are shipped from the United States.
We currently only support delivery within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery costs
For orders under $150, delivery costs $12.99. For orders of $150 or more, delivery is free.
Order processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt and confirmation of payment.
Delivery methods and times
We use DHL Express as our carrier for all orders. The estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days after order processing.
Order tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the order number, invoice, and carrier. You can track your package on our order tracking page by entering your email address or phone number and the corresponding order number to check the status of your delivery.
Delivery instructions
- Please check the condition of the package upon receipt.
- In case of damage to or loss of the product during transport, contact us immediately.
- Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is correct and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect address.
Changes and cancellations to delivery
Changes to the delivery address or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after order confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
